Getting started with your account
To start your journey and receive leads from Obsidione, you'll need an account in our leads delivery management system Obsleads. This access will be set up by your designated account manager, and you will be notified via email once the account is configured and operational. Kindly allow for a minimum of 72 hours post-contract signing for the account creation process to be completed.
Upon the creation of your new account, a default password will be generated and sent to you in a separate email for security reasons. This initial password is temporary and it is crucial that you modify it when you log in for the first time. It is always recommended to choose a strong and unique password to enhance the security of your account and protect your personal information.
Start your onboarding process
When you log in for the first time, you will be prompted to choose the plan that best suits your needs, which is discussed together with your Account Manager. This step is essential for gaining access to the full range of services and features offered on the platform. Additionally, you will need to securely add a valid payment method to your account by registering a card on file. We will issue legal invoices on the agreed scheduled period with your company details included.
Secondly, you will be asked to accept the Terms of Use/General Partner Agreement (GPA) and Privacy Policy (GDPR compliance). This is super important and necessary to be able to use any of our services, as we're handling customer information on behalf of partners. By accepting these terms, you are ensuring that you understand and agree to abide by the rules set forth to safeguard both your interests and the information of our customers.
All done? All good! Go ahead to adjusting the settings for lead delivery & your personal account.
Getting to know the system
Make yourself familiar: this is your new second home. We recommend that you start the journey by navigating to the Settings section and ensuring the information provided is correct and up to date. You will also be able to make amendments to the company address and details. If you want to change or amend the billing information, please contact us and we'll help you out.
You'll also have the opportunity to customize your notifications here. Don't forget to enable either email or SMS notifications to stay informed when a new lead comes in. You can also change the notification settings for billing, maintenance or newsletters. Remember that some notifications is mandatory and cannot be switched on or off, for example the "login from new IP" emails.
Adjusting settings for Leads Delivery
Under the Leads Delivery settings, you will be able to set your capacities. Monthly pushback target is the number of leads you maximally can handle during one month, where the Yearly pushback target specifies the maximum amount of leads you are able to handle within a year. Please note that these settings is purely indicative and that the real number could vary, based on different factors. Targets are always set as a maximum, ensuring that you will stay within your budget.
You can also change the target segment you are handling clients within. If you are a masseuse or chiropractor, you will likely work with consumers (B2C), while a key account manager within telecommunications likely will handle companies (B2B). This goes along with the settings for your primary sales method, for our algorithm to serve you the most relevant leads.
Your account manager will work closely with you to create a personalized delivery profile (PDP) that aligns perfectly with your business needs. This tailored profile is designed to optimize your experience by ensuring that you receive high-quality leads from our various brands and collaborations. By customizing this profile, your account manager will prioritize matching your target audience criteria as accurately as possible. This strategic approach guarantees that our algorithms knows you in the best way possible, and you will therefore receive relevant and valuable opportunities that align with your goals and objectives.
Adjust your personal settings
When you click on the Settings button located in the sidebar to the right, you will be directed to a section where you can customize various aspects of your personal user account. This includes the flexibility to add a profile picture to personalize your account, modify your password for security purposes and to fine-tune your MFA options for enhancing the protection of your account.
We strongly recommend enabling MFA, which involves sending you a one-time code when logging in from an unfamiliar IP address. Prior to enabling this functionality, please ensure that your email address and phone number are up-to-date in our system. Failure to do so may result in account lockout, where we are unable to help you out without strict external verification purposes.
