Manage your user profile
Managing your user profile is just like a hot summer day in Norway: quick and over in a sec! Your user profile is like your personal hub where you can update your information, customize your settings, and tailor your experience to suit your needs. Take a few mins to make the most out of it.
Your personal information
Keep your profile up to date by adding or modifying your personal details such as your name, email address, and contact information. This ensures that we can stay connected with you and provide relevant updates about our platform, as well as you can login smoothly for the future.
The company associated with your account cannot be updated without contacting us. If you are working for multiple companies with different organization numbers, you'll need multiple logins. This could be achieved via the wildcard method: ola.nordmann+fiestaevents@gmail.com.
Update your profile picture
Put the nicest art on the wall: yourself! Updating your profile picture is a fantastic way to add a personal touch to your user profile, and we would love to see you shine through Obsleads. This is not mandatory to add for now, but might become a permanent requirement for the future.
All profile images has to be 1MB maximum, preferably 1250x1250px. Only JPG allowed. Any files which is larger than the preferred size will be rescaled automatically.
Update your password
From this page, you might update your password as well. Remember to keep your account safe! We recommend to change your password at least every three weeks. And while we all love our adorable furry friends, it's best not to use them as password inspiration. Opt for strong, unique passwords that are difficult for others to guess. Your account's security is our top priority.
Make sure that shiny new password stays fresh in your memory, because you'll need it immediately after hitting that reset button for reauthentication. Forgetting it could lead to being locked out of your account, and trust us, that's no laughing matter. So, keep that password secure and accessible, perhaps by using a reliable password manager or writing it down in a safe place.
Adjust your MFA settings
For security reasons, all logins (and login attempts) is tracked. With MFA, you'll receive a one-time password every time you're logging in from an unknown IP address. It might be a good idea to activate MFA, and we strongly recommend you to do so. Make sure that you have access to the email address or phone number as specified before you turn the switches on, as it might lock you permanently out.
