Transferring account ownership

Maybe you've hit the jackpot and sold your company (yey!), or found yourself in the unfortunate situation of getting fired (buhu). Either way, if you need to transfer ownership of your account, it's time for a little digital shuffle dance.

Before initiating the transfer process, review our terms and conditions to ensure compliance with any requirements or restrictions related to account ownership transfer. This includes the payment responsibility for existing leads, routines for stopping the existing lead distribution processes and external marketing processes involved.

👀 Did you know? Changing legal ownership of an existing account involves a one-time fee of €400 to cover our costs, paid by you as a previous owner. This fee is put in place to cover our costs for ensuring a smooth transition and includes onboarding for the new owner. It's important to be aware of this fee beforehand, as it helps maintain the efficiency of the account transfer process for all parties involved.

Upon your request, we will provide you with a form that requires completion and digital signature using BankID. If BankID is unavailable to you, please include a signed copy of your ID along with the transfer form. We're committed to facilitating a seamless transition for you and ensuring all necessary steps are taken with professionalism and efficiency.

Once the transfer is complete, we'll update the account information to reflect the new owner's details, including contact information, billing details, and any other relevant information. It's essential to communicate the transfer of ownership to any relevant stakeholders, such as team members, clients, or partners, to ensure a seamless transition and continuity of operations.

Please note that all leads delivered until the final transfer date is subject to payment from the previous owner, and that the outstanding balance will be charged directly to the guarantee card on the transfer date. Read more about this in the General Partner Agreement.

👀 Leaving the company? If you simply are changing user within your company, ex. if you are leaving the company and someone else takes your role, the process is less strict. Reach out to us, and we'll provide you with all necessary information and forms. This is a free service and not subject to any fees.
