Planning to cancel your subscription with us? We're really sad to hear that 😭

While we're saddened to hear that you're considering leaving, we want you to know that we value your feedback and are here to assist you every step of the way. Today, it is not possible to cancel the subscription on your own, and therefore you have to reach out to our support team.

All cancellation requests has to be sent through our centralized help center or via e-mail directly to partners@obsidione.com. Strictly considered, no other form for cancellation will be approved.

👀 Did you know? Before proceeding with the cancellation, we encourage you to review your Partner Agreement, the first contract signed with us, which outlines any terms or conditions related to cancellations, including any lockup periods or associated contract breach fees. This will ensure that you have a clear understanding of the implications before making a final decision.

In general, we do not operate with any binding period, and you're free to leave the party whenever you want. However, we do have a general contract period for all new customers. Exiting the contract during the contracted period is possible, however it will incur a cancellation fee of the period that's left + an average percentage of leads delivered pm until the Contract End Date.

👀 Cancelling in the middle of the month? Monthly invoices are running on a 14-day basis with a grace period of five days, and charged to the card on file around 14th every month. If you are cancelling your subscription within the days of 10-15 every month, the invoice for the previous month is already generated (upcoming subscription + previous leads) and is therefore immediately due for collection. The upcoming month is not refundable.
