See your login history
In today's digital age, ensuring the security of your online accounts is more important than ever. One way to stay vigilant is by regularly reviewing your login history.
You can easily check your login history by going to Settings > Login history. From here, you will have a complete overview of your recent logins from different locations. This includes details such as the date and time of each login, the IP addresses used and the device name.
Take a moment to review your login history regularly to ensure that all login activity aligns with your own actions. If you spot any unfamiliar logins or suspect unauthorized access, take immediate action to secure your account.
👀 Did you know? If you are logging in for the first time from a new IP address, we will send you an e-mail to verify the login. If you do not click the verification link within 24 hours, the login will be marked as unsecure. We will then verify it via external verification processes before escalating the issue.

How to secure your account
You can secure your account by using MFA, regularily updating your password, and making sure that no one else has your access. We recommend that you set a reminder to update your password periodically to stay one step ahead of potential security threats, at least every 6 months.
Avoid sharing your password with others, even if it's just the very cute girl from marketing, and be cautious when logging in from shared or public devices. By safeguarding your access, you can prevent unauthorized individuals from compromising your account's security.
We will notify you by e-mail for logins from new locations. Remember that these could be from our support team in case we need to investigate eventual errors reported via an existing support case.
You can always change your password from the Settings page. When changing your password, you are immediately logged out from all devices previously used and have to reauthenticate yourself to regain access. If you find or see anything suspicious, notify us immediately.
