Export leads to your own system

If you're all about your favorite CRM or just dig sorting stuff in Excel, no worries! You can easily export your leads to your own system. Right now, we're keeping it cool with Excel (xlsx) and csv files, with multiple formats supported in the future.

For companies managing substantial lead volumes, we recommend exporting the overview list to Excel for systematic & individual processing. Due to the lead overview exporting solely the reference number and current status, it's important to still manage leads directly within Obsleads. Please note that all leads still needs to be processed and marked as closed within the current timeframe, even if you are handling the information outside of our systems.

Export lead overview

• Login to Obsleads
• Press "view leads" in the navigation bar
• On the right hand side, choose your preferred export method. Press "OK" to confirm.

Export single lead

• Press "view leads" in the navigation bar
• Navigate to the requested lead
• On the upper right hand side, choose your preferred export method. Press "OK" to confirm

All events of data exports will be logged internally in our systems. Do not forget that you are fully responsible to protect the customer data. As known, all information should be deleted when it is counted as disposed (when the requested action is fulfilled and no longer needed). This practice ensures that sensitive customer information is handled with the utmost care and in compliance with GDPR.
