Offline Connectivity

Leads delivered during downtime is distributed via Offline Connectivity. In these cases, leads registered will be delivered through a backup channel into your portal. As these leads might include manual distribution, please be patient as it will take a little more time before delivery.

Planned downtime

During planned downtime, OC will be turned on and verified prior to the downtime taking effect. In these cases, all leads will be distributed to the corresponding companies as soon as the planned downtime is over.

Unplanned downtime

In case of unplanned downtime or unexpected errors, OC will be used as a fallback and distribute the information as soon as it is verified and confirmed working. Downtime could be automatic because of site issues, code block errors or other misconfigurations on either your or our end. As soon as the information is verified by a human, it is released and sent into your account.
